What's the difference between Cash and Tokens?
Cash is exactly what you think it is - using Cash you can win real money playing games! Tokens, on the other hand, are a fun and free way to compete with friends and win real prizes.
Does Yoo-Mee have multiple game modes?
You bet! Yoo-Mee currently offers 3 ways for you to play: solo, tournament and challenge
In solo-play, all the games on Yoo-Mee are free to play! Practice as many times as you'd like in solo-play before upping the stakes with tournaments and challenges!
In tournaments, you are matched up against a random opponent on Yoo-Mee playing the same game! The person with the highest score wins the tournament and takes the payoff. Yoo-Mee charges a 25% management fee for tournaments.
In Challenges, you choose your game, wager and opponent and play in a head-to-head match! The person with the highest score will win the challenge payoff. Yoo-Mee charges a 25% management fee for challenges.
How do I earn Tokens?
Earning Tokens is simple; just login to Yoo-Mee and play any of the games you love to play. For every game play, up to 20 plays per day, you earn 5 Tokens!
You can always earn more Tokens by winning Token tournaments against other players. Another recommendatino we have is to make friends on Yoo-Mee to send each other Tokens as gifts through our free gifts tab!
Why can't I use Cash?
Cash can only be used by individuals who are 18 and over and are in states that don't prohibit the use of the currency. We take this policy very seriously and will terminate your account if we find that you have lied about your age or location.
If this applies to you, We recommend that you play for Tokens; you can still challenge your friends and use Tokens to show that you are the best on Yoo-Mee.
What can I do with my Tokens and Cash?
Great question! Accumulate your Tokens and try to get the most on our network. We'll be adding a whole bunch of prizes and activities for you to use those Tokens, so collect often.
Cash users can withdraw their Cash from Yoo-Mee for real money! We're also working on an exciting redemption program for you to use all the Cash you have won on Yoo-Mee. Stay excited; we'll let you know as soon as these awesome features get rolled out!
How can I challenge my friends that aren't registered with Yoo-Mee?
You mean your friends aren't on Yoo-Mee yet? Lame. It's alright though, you can invite and challenge your friends via email and Facebook. They'll get an email or request so they can come back to one of our Yoo-Mee players and join in on the fun.
My account got terminated! Why?
If you are caught violating the terms of our service we have to cancel your account. We're all about having fun, but at the same time we are very serious about our rules. If you feel like your account was terminated in error, send us an email:

How can I delete my account?
Why would you want to do that? We hope we can convince you otherwise! Right now, we don't have a button that will delete your account, but you can send us a note in the contact section with your username and password and we'll delete your account for you. Make sure to include why you'd like to terminate service!
I love your games, but what about all the other ones that I play?
We feel you! We want all the awesome games on our network so you can play them whenever and however you'd like. Make sure to send us an email letting us know which games you'd like to see on Yoo-Mee. Keep checking back though; we're always adding new games and other cool surprises.
Do I need to register a Yoo-Mee account to use your service?
We want to be as flexible as possible when it comes to using Yoo-Mee. We highly recommend signing up for a Yoo-Mee account and linking your Facebook account to it. Alternatively, you can sign in using Facebook connect. We'll be incorporating other awesome social platforms like Twitter, MySpace, Gmail, and Yahoo soon!

We all have Facebook accounts here (except for Rachel who's stubborn), so we figured we'd let it be really easy for our users to sign-in using their Facebook accounts.
If you don't want to register a Yoo-Mee account (but we really recommend you do), you can authenticate yourself using Facebook. Once you have done that, just make sure to sign in using the Facebook connect button every time.
Make sure to go to your account information and update your display name and email address to complete your registration and to get all the features Yoo-Mee has to offer.
Sending notifications through Facebook
If you do some cool stuff in Yoo-Mee, like beat your friend in Bubble Town, you can share it with all your friends on Facebook. You can also let all your friends know that you got top scores and see if they're willing to take you on!
I'm trying to play the game, but it's not loading or working correctly.
Our games are flash based, so make sure you have the latest Flash plugins setup on your computer. You can check out adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ to get the latest player and see if that works!
